Order Status – Track or Modify Open Orders
To modify or track your open order, please verify the recipient’s last name and the order confirmation number which can be found in your confirmation email. When tracking your order status, please note the delivery window for residential, business and funeral deliveries:
Residential: 9AM - 8PM (this may be as late as 9PM during holidays)
Business: 9AM - 6PM
Funeral: Delivery will occur before requested time of service
