The Magic Returns Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY: The Magic Returns Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is Open Only to Legal Residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees (and their immediate families (spouse, and parents, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of FTD, LLC (“Sponsor”), Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

HOW TO ENTER: Between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 25, 2026 and end 11:59pm ET on September 10, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit http://www.ftd.com/practical-magic-2-sweeps and follow the directions to complete and submit the online entry form as directed. All entries must be received by 11:59pm ET on September 11, 2026. Entries generated by artificial intelligence, script, macro, automated, or other means to subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from any person will be void. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor.

DRAWING: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held within one (1) week of the end of the Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and may be required to execute and return an affidavit (or declaration) of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within the time period stated therein, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. Only three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize; after which, such prize may remain unawarded, at Sponsor’s discretion.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize (1): A private screening of Practical Magic 2 at a movie theater near winner’s residence for winner and up to fifty (50) friends and family. Date, time and locations will be determined by Sponsor. The grand prize winner and their guests are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including, but not limited to, concession items at the theater and transportation to and from the screening. In the event the grand prize winner and/or their guests engage in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the screening experience early. Any guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guest (or parent or legal guardian if a guest is a minor) may be required to sign liability/publicity release at the discretion of Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.

First Prize (1): A four (4) pack of movie tickets to see Practical Magic 2 in theaters. Theater may vary and is at the discretion of the Sponsor. Limited time offer. Each Fandango Promotional Code (“Code”) is good for up to $15 off (total ticket price and associated fees and charges) the purchase of one movie ticket to see Practical Magic 2 at participating Fandango theaters in the US. Code must be entered at checkout. Code is void, and can no longer be used, if not redeemed by 10/12/26 or when Practical Magic 2 is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. Only valid for purchase of movie tickets made at Fandango.com or via the Fandango app and cannot be redeemed directly at any theater box office. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No cash value, except as required by law. Void where prohibited. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid in U.S. and D.C., excluding U.S. territories and where prohibited by law. One-time use only. Non-transferable. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie ticket with Fandango’s associated fees and charges included is more than Code’s maximum discount, then user must pay the difference. Any price difference between movie ticket purchased and Code’s maximum discount will not be refunded. Excludes multiple admission tickets. Limit 2 Codes per person. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,060. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, likeness, picture and city and state of residence and prize won for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes, without additional compensation or prior review, in any and all media, now known or to be developed, worldwide, in perpetuity; and upon request will provide specific written consent to any use as requested by Sponsor.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entrants, by participating, agree that Sponsor, Warner Bros Entertainment, Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, mail, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or any website. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
