For a single serving: Fill spice bag with 1 tablespoon spices. Add spice bag and 1 cup boiling water to a glass tumbler. Steep spices 5 min., then remove spice bag. Add 1 teaspoon honey. Stir in 2 ounces of whiskey, rum, or brandy. Top off the glass with boiling water, serving steaming hot with a cinnamon stick.
