Credit Card Process
FTD.com bills your credit card at the point of sale to ensure that the gift you've chosen will be reserved until delivery.

Once you click "Place Order" in the check-out process, FTD.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you'll be notified and prompted to use another credit card.

Paypal Process
FTD.com charges your Paypal account at the point of sale to ensure that the gift you've chosen will be reserved until delivery. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you'll be notified and prompted to use another payment method.

Bill Me Later Process
Order now, pay later! Fast and easy, Bill Me Later offers an extra level of security, since there's no physical card or card number to use when making a purchase.

Service Fees

  • Flowers and Plants - A service fee is applied for all flower and plant orders for delivery to the United States and Canada.
  • International Deliveries - There is an additional fee for delivery outside of the United States and Canada. This additional international fee covers the processing and handling of international orders by overseas florists.

Shipping Charges

  • Specialty Gifts - The shipping fee on specialty gifts varies based on the type of delivery option you choose. Currently, specialty gifts can only be delivered to the United States.

Taxes - Will be added to all orders being delivered to Illinois, New York, New Jersey, North Dakota, Texas, Arkansas, Georgia and Connecticut. Reimbursement of GST costs will apply to Canadian orders.
