Fresh Flowers and Plants Delivered by Florist
A service charge is applied to all orders delivered by an FTD florist. Delivery is included in the price of the arrangements.
- For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 9p.m.
- For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During the holidays deliveries may be made as late as 5p.m.
- Please note: the florist may call the recipient to schedule delivery

Fresh flowers and plants that are delivered by FedEx and UPS will have a service charge applied for Next-Day delivery if they are highly perishable. - Sunday delivery is not available
- Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before 2p.m. Eastern Time on Friday
- Orders placed at least 3 business days in advance of delivery date are automatically sent Standard Delivery unless otherwise specified
- Orders being sent to Alaska and Hawaii are available for 2-Day delivery for an extra $12.99. U.S. deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day. Ground and Next-Day delivery are not available for Alaska and Hawaii
- The delivery date will depend upon the shipping method available
- Standard or 2-Day delivery orders may be delivered on or before the selected delivery date

- Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
- We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs
- A signature is not required; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept delivery
- Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery
